About This Project

A Bakery Food Truck around Reggio Emilia. The Piaggio Ape van was outfitted ad hoc to sell organic bread and sourdough sweets baked with whole wheat flour from ancient grain. Thanks to this stunning artisan bakery on three wheels the Stria brand is spreading even more around the city.
