In its 4 locations in Naples and 1 in Barcelona, BaBarGroup has created a sophisticated, welcoming, and recognizable style where guests can enjoy excellent cocktails and delicious dishes while feeling at home.
Nomad Ba-Bar is a trailer equipped with a robust kitchen capable of producing a large number of dishes during events.
Nomad Ba-Bar kitchen trailer setup:
- 4-meter double axle Aircrome
- Double sink with autonomous water system and hot water
- Three-door fridge
- 380V 64A system protected by a circuit breaker
- 4 lines of 3000°K LED lighting
- Cooking area with a 1.8-meter hood
- 60 cm electric griddle
- Electric fryer with 2 vats (10+10 liter)
- Electric convection oven
