About This Project

Rulli Frulli Lab is an association based in Finale Emilia that promotes social inclusion and community projects, supporting the activities of the Banda Rulli Frulli.

RulliFood is a food production project dedicated to the work inclusion of vulnerable young people, launched at the end of 2023 to support the Rulli Frulli Station bar-restaurant. It aims to become a production laboratory with its own retail outlet and distribution service to local shops and supermarkets

The food truck bar-restaurant has been purchased to take the products and values of the association across Italy.
