Pescaria was born from the idea of three friends who, in 2015, opened a seafood restaurant in Polignano a Mare. The success was immediate and remarkable, especially thanks to their gourmet sandwiches filled with the freshest seafood from Puglia.
After opening locations throughout Italy and establishing themselves as one of the most well-known and appreciated restaurant chains, they decided to expand their business by acquiring a food truck to cook seafood dishes and gourmet sandwiches to sell as street food.
At the inauguration party, three Michelin-starred chefs, who had recently joined the company, worked on the food truck, creating a spectacular show cooking experience.
